Why one-on-one lessons over a pre-recorded course?
A well-structured course with pre-recorded lessons can be a useful resource. It can build up your knowledge about the fundamentals of good handwriting. However, it lacks hand-holding. It lacks accountability. It lacks real-time feedback and implementation. Most of them even lack after-sales support and cannot communicate with the instructor whatsoever.
If you are an adult and your handwriting has never been any good no matter how hard you have tried, one-on-one lessons will only give you a chance to make any progress and see what you have got. It is a much bigger commitment.
What outcome should I expect at the end of the lessons?
“I’ve poor handwriting and I don’t know where to start.”
You won’t be a calligrapher at the end of this programme and that is not what this programme is about. You will improve what the workplace demands or what you desire. In short, you will be taught what can be said as “functional handwriting” which focuses equally on looks/legibility and speed whether you use a digital device for write or a good old pen and paper.
Would you learn a new style at the end of this programme? This programme is not about learning a specific style but more about advancing what you already have to an appropriate level. Your handwriting will be refined in a way that its legible and fast, making it functional in a true sense.

About the tutor?
I’m Yogesh, your handwriting tutor for this programme. I’m a fine artist and a decent marketer. Not only because I’ve been a good penman for my entire life but also because I’ve helped over a hundred people with the necessary feedback on their handwriting.
I’ve been through a lot of penmanship literature and research papers. I have been actively participating in online handwriting forums and groups for quite some time now.
What is the procedure for the lessons?
There will be 5-7 lessons which you are recommended to complete within two weeks after your first lesson. The number of lessons can be extended if needed, depending on the learner’s calibre. You can expect each lesson to be around 45 minutes and can be extended if needed.
You will be required to do reading or writing tasks if any before beginning the next lesson. Such tasks will be given to you during the lessons.
These practice worksheets will be provided to you at no extra cost after enrolling in the programme.
Lessons will be carried out through Google Meet which is free to use.

What if the program did not help me to improve?
There is very little chance that your handwriting will remain unchanged after completing all the lessons. Personal attention, real-time and specific feedback and handholding throughout the program make it the most effective and efficient way to improve handwriting. However, if it doesn’t work for you, you can either extend the program or accept a 50% refund.
